Your First Appointment Is Free
Your first appointment is a free consultation. It typically runs 60 minutes. Dr. Anne Marie will look at your teeth and bite, walk you through your options, and give you a clear picture of what treatment would involve, including a realistic timeline and cost estimate. For younger patients, she may talk through a two-phase approach if the timing calls for it.
If you are ready to move forward that day, great. If you need time to think it over, that is fine too.
Insurance & Financing
We offer flexible payment plans with low down payments and manageable monthly costs. A good-looking smile should be within reach for every family, and we work to make that happen. At your consultation, we will walk you through all of your options before you make any decisions.
We also accept most major dental insurance plans that include orthodontic benefits, and our team will help you understand what your plan covers. If you have questions about insurance or financing before you come in, give us a call at (704) 896-8452. We are happy to help.
Patient Forms
We are glad to have you joining the Lake Norman Orthodontics family. To help us make the most of your first visit, we ask that you complete your new patient forms online before you arrive. We have two forms available, one for adult patients and one for younger patients. Filling out your forms ahead of time is quick and easy, and it means less time on paperwork and more time focused on your smile.
Doctor Referrals
We are grateful for the trust that referring providers place in our practice. When a dentist or specialist sends a patient our way, we take that responsibility seriously and do our best to deliver care that reflects well on everyone involved.
