At Lake Norman Orthodontics our mission is to provide quality orthodontic care in a fun and enjoyable atmosphere. We, as a team, are committed to putting our patients and their families first. Through our dedication, and your cooperation, we strive to provide a Lifetime of Beautiful Smiles!
We believe treatment should be personal. That means understanding what matters to you, giving you options for your care, and showing up the same way at every appointment.
We are a private practice serving Cornelius, Huntersville, Davidson, Mooresville, and the communities around Lake Norman. Our team has been together a long time, our patients keep coming back, and our results stand on their own. We are proud of that, and we work to earn it every day.
Meet Dr. Anne Marie Payne
Dr. Anne Marie takes time with every patient. She asks questions, listens to the answers, and explains your options clearly. That approach has earned her practice the Normy Award for Best Orthodontist in the Lake Norman area nine times, but more importantly, it is why patients keep referring Dr. Anne Marie to their friends and family.

Dee
Office & Treatment Coordinator
Dee has worked in orthodontics since 1996 and enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and excited as they begin their orthodontic journey. Outside of the office, she loves working out, taking long walks, dancing, baking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
Amy
Clinical Coordinator
Amy has worked in orthodontics for more than 30 years and brings a wealth of experience to the team. In her spare time, she especially enjoys traveling.
Trisha
Communications Coordinator
Trisha has been a valued member of the practice for over 25 years. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, relaxing outdoors, traveling, shopping, and reading.
Carolyn
Orthodontic Assistant
Carolyn has over 30 years of experience and enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. Her favorite moments are those spent with her grandsons.
Wendy
Orthodontic Assistant
Wendy has worked in orthodontics for more than 25 years and has been part of the Lake Norman Orthodontics team for over a decade. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters, her family, and her big fur baby, Bentley.
Jenny
Orthodontic Assistant
Jenny loves spending quality time with her family and friends. She also enjoys learning new skills and exploring creative hobbies, including jewelry making, photography, dancing, and gaming with her brothers.
Stephanie
Orthodontic Assistant
Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family and making memories together. When she is not in the office, she especially loves boating.
Lauren
Orthodontic Assistant
Lauren loves reading and sets a goal of finishing 100 books each year. She also enjoys creative DIY projects and crafts in her spare time.
Keisha
Financial Coordinator
Keisha has worked in dentistry for more than 30 years and loves helping patients transform their smiles. She enjoys spending time on Lake Norman with her children and dogs, traveling, and cheering on her favorite sports teams.
Alice
Patient Care Coordinator
Alice has called Huntersville home for over 20 years, where she lives with her husband and three children. She loves baking and decorating sweet treats, traveling, and spending time at the beach.

Lake Norman Has Been Good to Us
Lake Norman Orthodontics has been part of this community for a long time. The kids we treated years ago are now bringing their own children in.
